Galvanizing Kettle Size Specifications &
Actual Processing Limits
The zinc kettle measures 13 × 1.6 × 3.2 meters. Actual processable dimensions still depend on the hanging method, workpiece structure and safety clearance. We recommend submitting drawings for evaluation before delivery.

Actual Processing Limits & Notes
Although the zinc kettle measures 13 × 1.6 × 3.2 meters, actual processing capacity is still affected by workpiece dimensions, hanging angle, equipment conditions and safe working space.
Single-Dip Limits
As an initial reference for discussion, consider a length within about 12.5 meters, width under 1.5 meters and depth under 2.5 meters. Whether a piece can actually be processed must be confirmed based on workpiece shape, hanging arrangement and on-site equipment.
Extra-Long / Extra-Tall Components
Some components exceeding single-dip dimensions may be evaluated for double dipping. Applicability must still be assessed based on workpiece structure, coating quality requirements and operational safety.
Hanging Angle Requirements
Workpieces may need to be hung at an angle when entering and leaving the kettle to facilitate venting, draining and zinc flow. The angle should be determined by the workpiece geometry, lifting point locations and process conditions, rather than applying a single fixed angle.
For large components, we recommend a drawing review before processing
For oversized steel structures, large grating or specially shaped workpieces, we recommend providing dimensional drawings, weight, lifting point locations and hole designs before delivery, so that K.C.F. / Shou Hsiang engineers can evaluate whether they meet actual dipping and safe operating conditions.
