Embedded Steel Plates

Product Description
EMBEDDED STEEL PARTS

Embedded Steel Plates | Galvanized Embedded Parts Cast into Concrete

Embedded steel plates must be positioned before concrete is poured and form the connection base for installing equipment and steel structures later. K.C.F. can manufacture them to your drawings and hot-dip galvanize them.

01 / PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

What Is Embedded Steel Plates?

Embedded steel plates are steel components set into a structure before the concrete is poured, usually made of a steel plate welded to anchor bars or anchor bolts. They serve as fixing points for connecting steel structures, equipment, railings or curtain walls later. The exposed face is in long-term contact with the environment, and hot-dip galvanizing improves durability.

Embed them right from the start, and later installation goes smoothly.

02 / FEATURES

Key Features of Embedded Steel Plates

  • Building structure and steel connections
  • Bridges and public works
  • Equipment bases
  • Curtain walls and facades
  • Railing and handrail fixing
  • Tunnels and underground structures
04 / HOT-DIP GALVANIZING

Why Choose Hot-Dip Galvanizing for Embedded Steel Plates?

Steel exposed to rain, humidity and air pollution over time rusts easily, and corrosion resistance is the key factor in component durability.

Hot-dip galvanizing immerses steel in molten zinc, so the zinc coating bonds tightly with the steel and fully covers surfaces, edges and holes. Even if the coating is locally damaged, the surrounding zinc corrodes first to protect the steel. For embedded steel plates, hot-dip galvanizing reduces the need for future rust removal and repainting.

K.C.F. specializes in hot-dip galvanizing, carrying out pretreatment, dipping and inspection in accordance with the relevant standards so every batch of components has consistent coating quality.
